• Q: Do you have car parking?

    A: There is limited parking for 4 cars to the front of the hotel and free, unlimited on-street parking to either side of the hotel.

  • Q: Are all your rooms en-suite?

    A: Yes, all rooms are en-suite containing walk-in showers; only some have baths so please ask if you have any special requirements.

  • Q: What time is check in and departure?

    A: Check-in is any time after 3pm, however you may arrive at the hotel earlier than this and we will be happy to store your luggage or show you to your room if it is available. Departure is at 11am, it is possible to extend this by prior arrangement please ask for details.

  • Q: What are your payment terms?

    A: A deposit of 50% of your total booking cost is required to confirm your booking when booking over the phone and the remainder is to be paid on arrival. If you prefer to pay on departure then we would need to pre-authorise a debit or credit card on arrival. Full payment may be required when booking online to benefit from an online discount. We accept all major debit and credit cards, cash and cheques. Please note we do not accept payment by cheque on arrival. All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • Q: Do I need to take out cancellation insurance?

    A: We always recommend that all guests have travel cancellation insurance. This can be purchased through the hotel at very little cost and gives you peace of mind should you need to cancel your holiday, please enquire for details.

  • Q: What if I need to cancel my booking.

    Please contact the hotel by telephone as soon as possible and follow up your request in writing. Terms and conditions apply. All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • Q: What facilities do you have for children?

    A: We have a games room with a pool table, gaming machines, Sony Playstation and DVD players with a selection of games and DVD’s, and board games. Family rooms have full sized single bunk beds and cot hire is available.  A Children’s menu, high chairs and baby bottle/food warming facilities are available in our dining room.

  • Q: Are you disabled accessible?

    A: Yes, please see our access statement for full details.

  • Q: How far are you from the town centre?

    A: We are approximately 5 minutes walk to the Town centre and North pier and approximately a 10 minute walk from Blackpool Tower. There is a bus and tram service that runs from directly opposite the hotel.

  • Q: Do you accept dogs?

    A: Yes we are happy to accept small / medium well behaved dogs.

  • Q: Do you have nightly entertainment?

    A: We do have entertainment during the high season and when guest numbers are such that it is required, however we have our own in-house music system with jukebox and video jukebox with thousands of songs from all years, karaoke, bingo, quizzes and games.

  • Q: How do I make reservations for a large group (family reunion, club, etc.)?

    A: Requesting 10 or more rooms for the same arrival date qualifies as a group booking. Group travel reservations may have different rates or hotel booking requirements. To request rooms for your group or for more information please contact us.

  • Q: How can I make special requests regarding my stay?

    A: Special requests can be made when making your hotel booking online. Special requests are not guaranteed and will be honoured depending on availability at check-in, but we will do our very best to accommodate the request. If you have specific needs or questions regarding your request, please call the hotel directly.

  • Q: Do we need to book for dinner prior to arrival?

    A: It is advisable to ensure the time you require, but you will be asked on arrival.

  • Q: Is there a full vegetarian menu?

    A: There is always a selection of vegetarian dishes available as part of all our menus.

  • Q: Do you cater for special diets?

    A: Yes - do please inform us of your requirements prior to arrival, we will endeavour to meet your needs.

  • Q: What time are meals served?

    A: Breakfast    8:30am – 10:00am (10:30am at weekends and early breakfasts available on request)
        Restaurant     5:30pm – 8:00pm

  • Q: Can non-residents book for dinner?

    A: Yes, however priority is always given to hotel residents.
